  • Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Cancellation charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of vehicle sales, electric scooters are generally not eligible for return once delivered and registered, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects verified by our authorized service team.
  • Wrong product delivered by the company.
  • Product damaged during transit and reported immediately upon delivery.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and supporting details.

3. Refund Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Company is unable to fulfill the order.
  • Approved return after inspection by our quality team.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are subject to product availability and company approval. The exchanged product must be unused and meet the eligibility criteria specified by the company.

7. Refund Processing Time

After approval:

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 business days.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing may take an additional 3–8 business days.
  • The company shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
